    Hi,

I’ve created a new blog template for our multisite users using https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/new-blog-template/. I had to generate the code using the ACF import/export settings and paste it into the functions file. All custom fields are being copied over ok apart from the custom widgets?

    Any ideas.

    Cheers

    Sion

    Hey sion,

ACFW works by saving the widgets you create in the database. Theoretically, that means your widgets should copy over as long as your database and template files stay the same.

ACFW doesn’t have an import/export feature currently, so you’ll need to either recreate the widgets or import your old database.
